Armed with a Business Degree and on the cusp of completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practices, Banele is a force passionate about effecting positive change.
At the core of her interests lies transformational leadership, the arts, and championing neurodiversity—a topic she intimately understands as an adult living with ADHD. She discovered the power of immersion within these realms, finding practical techniques and implementing strategies that not only enrich her life but also serve as invaluable tools in navigating the nuances of being neurodivergent. Xolani
A Certified Risk Management Practitioner (CRM Prac) with a specialization in Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management. Xolani holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management from Mancosa, a BCom in Risk Management from NWU, and is a Certified ISO 22301 Lead Implementer.
He is passionate about education, youth empowerment, and community development. Currently, he works for the Railway Safety Regulator as a Risk Specialist, where he focuses on helping the organization to build a culture of good governance and clean administration through effective risk management.
Nombuso
Nombuso Ntuli, a certified Accountant, Tax Practitioner and business consultant has made it her life's mission to transform SMME's financial health by maintaining their compliance, designing Accounting and finance processes.
She obtained her BCom Financial Sciences degree at the University of Pretoria and currently Studying toward a Charted Global Management Accountant.
Nombuso has over 9 years' experience in the Accounting and Tax field. Miss Ntuli believes that empowering young minds is the key to building resilient communities. Her journey began during her University years when she volunteered at a numerious outreach programmes. Witnessing the challenges faced by young people—whether it was lack of access to education, mental health support, or safe spaces—ignited a fire within her.
Siphokazi
Siphokazi has been a guiding force for over a decade, helping many SMMEs in the chemical manufacturing sector transition from start-ups to sustainable enterprises. Her exceptional background in people and project management, problem-solving skills, and proven ability to manage and complete projects to the highest degree of standard have earned her professional distinction. She holds a diploma in Analytical Chemistry, a Btech in Quality Management from Nelson Mandela University, and is currently studying Business Management.
Siphokazi prides herself on being a reliable and hardworking professional with a practical, hands-on approach. She always perseveres to achieve the best results and is an enthusiastic self-starter with exceptional analytical, organizational, and creative skills, along with a special talent for customer service.
